The quality of the spray paint and its convenience make it popular amongst motorcycle-lovers.

But they’ve only had offline stores and retails in some chosen region, and haven’t had a chance to make an online store that can be integrated throughout Indonesia.

We realize that this is a vulnerability because, in this era, digital technology and digital marketing have an incredible influence on people’s interactions, work, life habits, and even businesses.

The Results

We saw a consistent impact on traffic for over 6 months. This results in a consistent increase in sales, with a peak of +327% at the end of the sixth month.

We saw spikes of community engagement in social media. This is one of our focus-to increase delight in our community, encouraging them to share and become our advocates.

Lessons Learned

Going with an organic strategy has its perks over the long term, which is profitability. Though, really this method is best to be applied only if the market and advocates have been established.

In the future, Samurai Paint is open to moving forward inorganically. In order to prepare for this, Manusa first seeks to optimize the e-commerce website.
